GIVING SUNDAY - MARCH 30
Giving Sunday is more than just an offering—it’s a moment of faith, sacrifice, and obedience to God’s Word.
It’s a time when we, as a church family, come together to give generously and invest in the vision God has given Word of Truth.
Why Giving Sunday?
Throughout Scripture, we see the power of sacrificial giving. When we give, we are not just supporting a building or a program—we are sowing into lives, into the Kingdom, and into eternity. Our generosity enables:
- The expansion of ministry to reach more people with the gospel
- Outreach efforts that serve and uplift our community
- Resources to disciple and equip the next generation of believers
What is Sacrificial Giving?
Sacrificial giving isn’t about equal amounts—it’s about equal sacrifice. It’s about stepping out in faith, giving beyond what is comfortable, and trusting that God is our provider. The Bible reminds us in 2 Corinthians 9:6-8 that when we give cheerfully and generously, God will bless us abundantly so that we will have all we need and more!
How can you prepare for Giving Sunday?
- Pray and ask God what He wants you to give.
- Reflect on how He has blessed you and how you can give back.
- Step out in faith and trust that your sacrifice will produce a harvest!
On Giving Sunday, let’s unite as a church and make an impact that will last for generations. When we give, we show our love for God, our trust in His provision, and our heart for His Kingdom.
